Simphiwe Shazi is a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) registered with SACPCMP. He holds qualifications in Engineering, Project Management and Business Management. He is also currently pursuing a Master of Commerce (Mcom) Degree in Leadership studies with the dissertation outstanding for completion. His experience spanning over 18 years within engineering, project management, specializing in turn-key solutions. His work experience is complemented by academic qualifications in Engineering, Project Management and Business Management from various institutions within South Africa.
Simphiwe has held Senior positions in Eskom, MAN Ferrostaal and Siemens being responsible for the implementation of various infrastructure development projects in South Africa and the neighboring countries within the Energy industry sectors.
He has gained international working experience having being involved in various Energy projects with MANPOWER and Botswana Power Corporation. The senior management positions that he has held have also given him exposure to industry counterparts in Europe having done projects in Germany, Austria, Portugal and Croatia.Simphiwe recently held a position of Managing Director at Oxygen Infra Solutions (OIS) a consulting firm specializing in programme management.

Zithulele Gumede is a highly motivated and hard-working strategic thinker with extensive working experience which spans across the business value chain from product development, business development, operations, sales and marketing management. He has over 10years experience in Sales and Marketing strategy development and management at a Senior Executive level. He has held various positions in the Mining, Industrial Manufacturing and Rail Sector. He is an astute deal maker and has an ability to forge relationship with personnel at the coal face to senior executives.
Zithulele holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) both from the University Of Pretoria (GIBS), B.Comm Degree (Marketing and Economics) from Unisa and National Diploma in Physical Metallurgical Engineering from University Of Johannesburg.

Kevin Botha is a highly experienced Engineer and Project Manager/Director with a career spanning in excess of 35 years in the mining industry. His Electrical Engineering Qualifications, coupled with his Project Management Professional certification from PMI, places Kevin in a unique position of covering all aspects within the Engineering and Project Management Field.
Kevin’s career and experience commenced with an Electrical apprenticeship, leading to appointments of Artisan, Junior Engineer, Section Engineer, Divisional Engineer, Colliery Engineer and Engineering Manager within various operations and commodities in the mining industry, with a number of these appointments placing him on the executive committees of the organisations.
Kevin’s project career commenced in 1994 when he was placed on international secondment for the development and management of projects within a large mining company and quickly grew to Managing and Directing some of the largest mining projects in Southern Africa for Blue Chip Companies. Kevin established and ran a successful Project Management company with 3 partners offering design and implementation of mining projects in Africa, thereby giving him valuable experience in business and service provider management.
