The company was formed in 2011 by experienced Black professionals in the Engineering and Project Management fields. SIGPRO specializes in o ering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management solutions to clients within the Public Sector, Infrastructure, Transportation, Power and Energy, Rail, Water and Mining sectors.
The SIGPRO offering ranges from full EPCM Services to Turnkey solutions as well as a range of Project Management Services from Client Representative (Owners Team) Services through to the establishment and operating of Project/Portfolio Management Offices for clients.
SIGPRO, being a fully-fledged Project Management company, specializes in being the catalyst for successful project delivery and has employed a unique business model approach, but which has significant benefits to clients and for successful project delivery. The business model has been based on formal partnership associations with key companies in the industry, and in so doing, the Project Management and Controls as well as Integration resides within SIGPRO, with the Technical and Commercial skills residing in companies who specialize in these fields. Formal agreements with these key companies have been established and the service offering will always be under the SIGPRO name, with the integration between the entities invisible to clients.
SIGPRO places emphasis on managing projects and delivering lasting solutions by utilizing formal Programme and Project Management methodologies as per the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide.
